Greg Mitchell and Chad Conley met while farming at Four Season Farm in Harborside, Maine. After discovering a shared passion for quality food, simple, delicious cooking and 90s rap music they began day dreaming about the restaurant they would one day open.
After more farming, stints in kitchens in New York City and Portland, Maine and a lot more day dreaming, the pair found themselves reunited once again - this time ready to put a plan into action. Their search for a home to share their ideas about food and sensibilities towards hospitality brought them to the Palace Diner in Biddeford, where they strive every day to make the most delicious food they know how to in an environment that is warm, fun and welcoming to all.
