Johnson Public Library
Johnson Public Library is open to all residents of Johnson, the surrounding community, and visitors to the area. We look forward to sharing our library with you. Enjoy your visit and please stop by again.
Library cards are free and required to take out books and other materials. Youth under the age of 14 need a parent/guardian's signature to have their own card. We have a drop box for returns if you come by when we are not open. Loan periods are 3 weeks for books and audios, 1 week for DVD'S. Borrowers are responsible for replacement cost of damaged or lost library materials.
Our collection includes books, audio books, videos and magazines for adults, young adults and children. We have a diversity of materials from mystery, romance, science fiction, art poetry, how-to, history, to science and much more.
For books that are not in our collection, interlibrary loan is available. Please ask at the library desk.
For public use we have desktop computers, a laptop, and an iPad; high-speed internet and wireless; and print and copying are available.
