LiveWell’s residential care homes, also known as micro-communities or family care homes, specialize in both assisted living & memory care management for conditions such as Alzheimer’s and dementia. Our homes never have more than six residents, reflecting our belief that senior care recipients prefer residing in smaller, home-like environments rather than larger care facilities. We also offer in-home care, where caregivers go to the personal homes of senior adult clients needing assistance and long-term care services.
