Features of Hard Fast Turbo Door
Door panel: It is made of double 0.7~0.8mm thick double-layer aluminum plates, which are composite molded in one go through an assembly line. The middle is polyurethane foaming agent (self extinguishing upon ignition), with a bulk density of 50kg. The total thickness of the door panel is 40mm (flame retardant). It adopts a new anti pinch hand door panel, which has the characteristics of good insulation, light weight, high strength, and impact resistance. The wind resistance level is ≤ 12.
Opening speed: The hard fast door turbine guide rail is beneficial for the acceleration of the speed roll up door body, making it quieter and smoother during high-speed operation. The opening speed can reach up to 0.6-1.5 meters per second.
Standard configuration: power emergency opening device, infrared safety protection system, operation button box, contact strip triggered safety bottom edge, coaxial motor, professional control system. (Other security configurations can be selected)
Safety: Adopting a dual turbine structure is superior to other companies' single turbines, with a higher safety index. The drive control adopts a stable, energy-saving, and accurate servo system to ensure the reliable operation of the speed roll up door body, ensuring more than 150000 fault free operations per year.
Aesthetics: Multiple rows of hinge feature bolts are fixed, and the connection of the hinge is made of QP treated steel shaft and PEEK shaft sleeve, which increases the surface hardness of the shaft body and greatly increases the corrosion resistance of the shaft. Therefore, the shaft surface is smooth and not easy to corrode, with high strength.
