Fitness Professionals on Demand, LLC (FPOD) offers virtual and on-site group exercise classes, a structured weight management program, personal training, wellness education programs, commercial, and residential gym design.
We employee over 30 certified independent contractors and contract with Rockower Wellness for group fitness classes in Warren/Washington Counties.
Current group classes are posted under 'class schedule' on this website. Registration is required for these services.
Custom on-site and virtual fitness classes and wellness education classes can be arranged for interested groups and businesses. Contact us for more information.
Blue Shield of Northeastern NY (BSNENY) wellness card and wellness benefits as well as MVP Health Care fitness benefits are accepted. We will work with other insurances that offer wellness service reimbursement.
A Corporate Wellness Program is operated where the wellness benefits under BSNENY and/or MVP Health Care can be utilized to fund this program resulting in minimal to no cost for the employer or employee.
Our on-line supplement store includes isotonic supplements, weight management products and a free Nutri-Physical. The Nutri-Physical is an internet-based analysis tool that recommends customized nutritional supplementation.
Personal Training is offered at gyms in Latham and Clifton Park and in residences with proper equipment.
