Since its founding in 1986, WDCO has constructed over 5,000 homes and apartments, improved 10,000+ lots, rezoned over 7,000 units, and contributed to the development of more than 100 communities.
From 2011-2018, Westrum transitioned the company from 100% homebuilding to 100% Multifamily development focusing on three targeted brands: Luxury Suburban Multifamily (LUXOR), Luxury Urban Multifamily, and Senior Living Rental Communities. In 2017, Westrum launched the Westrum Property Management division to stay true to the vision and desired execution of these Suburban, Urban, and Senior Multifamily brands.
