We are Derek and Stephanie Lombard. Together we work as a team to set a new and higher standard for commercial cleaning for our current and future customers.
Our company was born out of a dream that we made reality back in 2010. We both were working full time jobs, on opposite schedules while raising our daughter. We knew we wanted more. After a few long years of building the foundation of our company and a pure drive to succeed, we were both able to leave our full time jobs and concentrate on our business.
What started out with one commercial account back in 2010, has now grown to more than 50 accounts in 2021. We currently employ approximately 40 wonderful and dedicated employee's. We know without their hard work we would not be in the position we are today. We also have an outstanding operations manager, to help oversee the day to day operations of the business. We also have a full time evening manager who performs quality checks and trains all of our new staff every evening.
We provide thorough hands on training to each and every staff member. All of our employees go through thorough criminal background checks before employment. We also do not run cleaning crews. Instead we hire a specific person for each of our accounts. This provides our clients with consistency, accountability and reliability.
Whether it's a 500 square foot office or a 14 story building, rest assured we can work with you to customize a cleaning solution to fit your needs and budget. We work with all types of clients, from offices of all sizes to financial institutions, non profits, and large public buildings. We are certain we can bring you the cleaning expertise you are looking for.
Currently, we are offering our services to anyone in the greater Portland area who need cleaning at least twice per week.
