We prepare lender-ready building condition assessments (BCA/PCA) to ASTM E2018-24 and Phase I, II and III environmental site assessments to ASTM E1527-21 / CSA Z768-01 for buyers, banks and mortgage brokers on purchase, financing and refinancing.
