Forme Psychology

FORME is a psychology service supporting children, teens, and adults through high-quality autism (ASD) assessments, ADHD assessments, and individualised therapy. Our goal is to help individuals gain insight, overcome challenges, and develop practical skills that improve everyday functioning. Established by Dr Bernadette Maunick, a Registered Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience in both public and private mental health services in Melbourne, FORME was created to deliver comprehensive assessments and tailored therapeutic support grounded in clinical expertise.
