I've never had a problem booking through their website. I often compare the prices on their website with expedia and I would say that in 75% of cases they are cheaper.

For example, I recently booked tickets between New York and Paris. Cheapoair was around USD 700 while Expedia was around USD 800, about $100 difference. It is therefore worth always looking at this site (cheapoair) when it comes time to book plane tickets.
